The Court finds that there is a violation of art. 10 of the Convention (right to freedom of expression) in the conviction of the chief heads of a magazine, responsible for publishing an article containing the declarations of the leader of a terrorist organization. In the present case, there is a violation due to the fact that the declarations are not deemed to incite violence but rather talk about independence requests of the Kurdish people in Turkey.
