Ruling
1. A person, charged with a criminal offence, who cannot understand the language in which the proceeding is being held has the right to benefit from the free assistance of an interpreter.
2. The assistance of an interpreter must be guaranteed not only during hearings and other oral statements made during the trial, but also regarding all documents of the proceedings.
