The expulsion of the applicant and his family from the site equipped by the local Authority for the gipsy community, where it has not been supported by adequate procedural guarantees, suitable to duly justify the serious interference with his right to respect for his private and family life, it cannot be considered justified by a pressing social need nor proportionate to the legitimate aim pursued, thus integrating a violation of art. 8 of the ECHR.
