The principle of equal treatment of workers, crystallised in Community law, implies that national rules which have the effect of refusing the advantage granted are not valid in relation to a worker residing in France and a citizen of another Member State. to French workers, as regards the inclusion, in the calculation of the old-age pension, of the insurance periods completed in Algeria.
