Ruling
The right to freedom of expression is extended to include also the opportunity of publishing books considered by a State's government as extremist and therefore banned, if the State had not provided sufficient proof for justifying the ban. The case evaluates the banning of Islamic theology texts considered to be extremist and inciting terrorism and violence.
