Ruling
It constitutes a legitimate limitation of the right to freedom of expression, the exclusion of expressions that glorify and justify violence perpetrated against hostages, especially considered the risk that such writings might encourage or drive certain young people to commit similar violent acts with the aim of becoming the idols glorified by the publication.
