Freedom of expression and hate speech. The right to freedom of expression can include the recalling of a text that contains separatist propaganda.

Reading a text that includes separatist propaganda, therefore contrary to the integrity and unity of the State, when the person is a politician, and the aim is to highlight current problems in the country without inciting hatred or hostility, constitutes a legitimate exercise of the freedom of expression.
