Conscientious objection to military service in Austria. Denial of the right to total conscientious objection to preacher.

The denial of full conscientious objection to an evangelical preacher does not violate Art. 9 in conjunction with Art. 14 ECHR. The status of a preacher, in fact, is not comparable to the status of a minister of a religious community. 
(In the present case, the applicant had never applied for membership of a so-called "recognised religious association").
