Art. 6 ECHR
Ruling
1. The applicant alleged that his trial for terrorism-related offences was unfair because the courts in Northern Ireland has not allowed disclosure of prosecution papers to the defence on grounds of public interest immunity.
2. The ECtHR ruled that there was no violation of art. 6 ECHR because the material which was not disclosed to the applicant was anyway disclosed to the judges, who determined that such material was not relevant to the case.
