Ruling

If the reasons supporting the status of conscientious objection are not motivated by religious beliefs and by a serious and insurmountable conflict, Art. 9 ECHR is not applicable. The complaint shall be therefore declared inadmissible.  
(The claimant refused to wear military uniform belonging to the secular the Republic of Turkey but, by contrast, to support a legal system based on Sharia).
