art. 8 ECHR
Ruling
It does not constitute a violation of Article 8 of the ECHR for an individual to be deported and barred from entering the host country for 10 years when he or she commits crimes of increasing seriousness over time with final convictions that alienate the individual from his or her children and from which there is evidence of a paucity of father-child relationships.
