Creation of "buffer zones" outside hospitals and a ban on holding anti-abortion demonstrations there. No violation of freedom of religion, expression and assembly of protesters.

The regulation of "safe access zones" - a 100-meter strip that runs around the entire perimeter of clinics where IVG services are offered and where any act done with the intent of, or reckless as to whether it has the effect of  (a) influencing a protected woman accessing abortive services, whether directly or indirectly - does not violate Articles 9, 10 and 11 ECHR of the anti-abortion protesters.
