1. Election litigation is a fundamental and indispensable part of electoral law as a whole. (The Democratic Union of Serbia (DSS) brought an action on the constitutionality of the decision of the Croatian Central Election Commission not to repeat the elections in constituency 10 in the city of Rijeka, where there was an inconsistency in the polling station records).
