Ruling
1. The applicant, a Jehovah's witness, complained that he had been kept under special secret surveillance by Greek intelligence services due to his religious belief.
1. The ECtHR struck down the case from the list, acknowledging a formal agreement between the Greek government and the applicant, pursuant to which the latter got satisfaction.
